3 Easy Steps

PUSHTOSTART is simple.
Here's how it works:

1. Tell us about your new business.

Answer a few questions so we know a little bit about your exciting startup. The more we know, the better we can advise you. It takes about three minutes.

2. Work with your startup lawyer.

Hire your attorney.

Pay $20 up front to hire your attorney. That’s all it takes to get started. If you hire us to form your business, this amount is credited toward your company formation.

Sign our contract for legal services. This creates an attorney-client relationship and allows us to provide you with confidential legal advice (representation is subject to the terms of the contract).

Pick a time to speak with your attorney. He or she will call when it’s convenient for you.

Get advice on your new company.

Discuss your specific business needs for your new company with your attorney. He or she will advise you on the best way to set up your business. A phone call generally lasts about 20 minutes, but varies based on your need.

Authorize your attorney to set up your company in the way that you have discussed. You’ll be charged $497 (the $20 you paid earlier gets applied to this) plus expenses necessary to set up your company (like state filing fees and registered agent fees.)

There’s no obligation to use us to form your company! If you authorize us to form your business at the time of the phone meeting, the $20 is applied to the full purchase. But if you choose to wait, you’ll be charged the full $497 at the time of purchase with no credit applied.

3. Execute your documents.

We’ll email you a link to your documents when they’re ready. View, review, and e-sign everything in our secure data room.

We’re paperless. Once you’ve signed your documents, you’ll receive a full set of high quality company books via email. You’ll also receive resources for what comes next.

That’s it! In less than a half hour of your time, licensed startup attorneys create a company that’s right for you and customized to your situation.

We really do handle everything.

We form your company with the proper state authorities, get your federal tax ID number (EIN) from the IRS, and draft all of the necessary company documents that establish and govern your business (see sidebar for a full list of deliverables). We do everything you need to get your company up and running – for the same flat rate. No add-ons or upsells required.

Our team of licensed attorneys and staff of legal professionals do it all behind the scenes, providing you with a seamless, stress-free company formation experience that’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
